If your dog (or you) is not completely satisfied with a product, you can get a full refund.
Simply contact us, and we'll send you a prepaid return label which you can use to return it to us at no charge.
If you receive a product damaged, please make sure to take a photo of the packaging (including the box the order was shipped in), so we can follow up with our shipper if needed.

You can return products up to 30 days after you received it.
We realize it's a food product, and not all dogs have the same taste in food.
For that reason you can return the box as long as its half full (or more).
Once its less than half full, we presume your dog liked it, and we can no longer accept a return.
We cannot accept Treats return that have been opened.
Yes. What we can do is issue store credit for your return, which you can then use to make a new purchase.
We cannot offer items sold as a time-limited sale. Those products are purchased with a deep discount, which reflects the shorter expiration on the product.
Any such items will be marked "FINAL SALE".
We do. It's that simple.
When returning, we will issue you a prepaid return label. You simply need to put the product back in the shipping box, attach the label and bring it to your nearest USPS (Post) office. There is no cost.
